Oak Leaf

I spent the afternoon yesterday working with the ladies in my church to make Get Well cards for the sick in our church. It is rewarding for me to be able to give back to God and share the talents he has given me with others. I hope these cards will be a blessing to the people who receive the cards. Several weeks ago we did @20 cards for the men/women who are in the military. We wanted to send them to the men and women on our pray list. I finally received addresses for 5 of them yesterday and 2 more will be available next week. Hopefully these will get mailed next week. If you are readying this email and have an address that you want us to send a thank you card to from our church please send me an email to magnoliaandivy@gmail.com

The cards today are ones I worked on last week and wanted to share.

Craft Critique

Found a new blog today and am linking to their site for a chance to win one of the new Basic Grey cardstock releases. Since I've already got the Eire I would love to win the Indian Summer. So here's the link. Craft Critique

CTMH Give Thanks

These two picture didn't come out very well because of a glare from the camera but they are really nice in person. The one below used a CTMH set called Give Thanks. I created these using the Zindorf technique.

Fall Leaves

I worked this weekend with the Spellbinders leaves die cuts. The following pictures were made using the Basic Grey paper and Adirondack inks on tin foil leaves. Ribbon is from Hobby Lobby.

More to come on Sunday.
